Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Gamanio Study Abroad services. By accessing gamanio.com, using our WhatsApp counselling service, or making a payment to Gamanio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

Gamanio Study Abroad is an education consultancy registered in India as a Sole Proprietorship under Aditya Dhingra, operating from 7th Floor,703,Palm court, Mehrauli, Sector 16, Gurugram, Haryana — 122007, India.We provide study abroad advisory and application support services to Indian students seeking admission to universities in Ireland, Germany, and other European countries. Gamanio is an education agent and consultancy — we are not a university, immigration authority, or visa processing centre.

Gamanio provides the following services to students who engage us:• Profile assessment and university counselling
• AI-powered university shortlisting based on your profile
• Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing and expert review
• University application preparation and filing through our direct agent portals
• Ireland student visa application preparation (AVATS system)
• Pre-departure guidance and post-landing support
• Referral of education loans, accommodation, forex, and travel insurance through partner providers
Gamanio acts as an intermediary between students and universities. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship awards, or employment outcomes. Our role is to provide the best possible guidance and support to maximise your chances of success.

By engaging Gamanio services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your academic background, work experience, English proficiency, and personal circumstances at all times
• Disclose any previous visa rejections, immigration issues, criminal records, or academic misconduct history — withholding such information will invalidate our admission guarantee
• Provide all required documents within 14 days of enrollment — delays in document submission may affect application deadlines and guarantee eligibility
• Respond to requests from Gamanio, universities, or immigration authorities within 5 working days
• Not submit parallel applications to the same universities through another agency or directly without informing us in writing
• Make all fee payments as agreed before services commence
• Attend all scheduled counselling calls and university interviews

All content on gamanio.com — including text, graphics, logos, and the Gamanio AI counselling system — is the property of Gamanio Study Abroad and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.The Statement of Purpose documents we write for you are prepared for your exclusive personal use for university applications only. You may not sell, distribute, or use these documents for any other purpose.

Gamanio provides education consultancy services in good faith and with professional diligence. However, we cannot control the decisions of universities, immigration authorities, or other third parties. Accordingly:
• Gamanio does not guarantee admission to any university, visa approval, scholarship, or employment after graduation
• Gamanio is not liable for delays caused by universities, Irish immigration authorities, courier services, or any other third party
• Gamanio is not liable for changes in university admission policies, fees, or programme availability after your application is filed
• Gamanio's maximum liability to any student shall not exceed the total service fee paid by that student
• Gamanio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of opportunity, travel costs, or accommodation costs booked in anticipation of admissionNothing in these terms limits Gamanio's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Indian law.

Gamanio is committed to ethical student recruitment in line with the London Statement principles. We commit to:
• Never misrepresenting any institution we work with
• Never guaranteeing outcomes beyond our stated written guarantee
• Never recruiting students we believe are not genuinely suited for the programmes we recommend
• Always being transparent with students about our commercial relationships with universities
• Reporting any attempt by students to submit fraudulent documents to institutions or immigration authorities

Gamanio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on gamanio.com. For students with existing service agreements, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Gamanio services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Gamanio reserves the right to terminate services and cancel a service agreement without refund if:
• The student provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
• The student behaves abusively or disrespectfully toward any Gamanio team member
• The student breaches any material term of this agreement
• It becomes clear the student does not meet minimum eligibility for the programmes applied to
Where Gamanio terminates services for any other reason, fees will be refunded proportionally for services not yet delivered.
